The Treasury Service Center, under the Directorate of Financial Management Services, is the official first point of contact that users from votes go through to interact with technical support personnel within the Ministry. The Center provides support to the PFM Systems that have been implemented through the various MALG’s. The systems include Integrated Financial Management Systems (IFMS), Electronic Cash (E- Cash), E-Registration, Service Desk Tool, Core FTP. In order to ably support users of the implemented resources the Center has availed resources through which queries can be raised and formally registered as logs/tickets.
