PSST Mr. Ramathan Ggoobi chairing the 13th Development Plan Implementation (DPI) Programme working group meeting

PSST today chaired 13th Development Plan Implementation (DPI) Programme working group meeting. This is one of the 20 programmes of the NDP III.

He urged the DPI programme stakeholders to ensure that wages, statutory obligations and fixed costs take first call on the budget, adding that they should also adequately cover the crosscutting issues of gender & equity in addition to aligning Budget Framework Papers (BFPs) with NDP III; programme implementation action plans (PIAPs);NRM Manifesto & Presidential Directives.
